Campground Rates
The following rates are valid for the 2026 season. Contact us for further information. All prices are US dollars.

Seasonal Sites:
$3070 + $276.30 tax
We only offer seasonal sites. Seasonal sites require a $200 deposit. This is non-refundable. The season is from end of May to September 30th. The full payment for seasonal site is due on arrival. 

Guest Policy:
Seasonal campers may invite guest campers for a total of 30 days per season (cumulative, not per guest). The cost for a guest site is $50 + 9% Maine Reservation Sales Tax for a total of $54.50 per night. The Seasonal Camper is responsible for the guest in the guest site & for payment of the guest site fee. Guest sites are first come first served. When a guest arrives, they can proceed to any open site designated as guest site. Guest sites are first come first served.

Seasonal Boat Docking: $575
Seasonal docks can be reserved for the season for $575.00, payable at the beginning of the season. Please leave check in box or mail to Greenland Cove Campground, 93 Military Street, Houlton, Maine. 04730. Reserved docks are to be used by camper reserving dock only.
There is no charge for docks that are not reserved. First come first served.
Boats are not to be left on docks when camper is not available to monitor them.
